10 year-old Louis O'Neill ended his scoring drought last Sunday, after donning TruSox for the very first time.
The young footballer, from Sheffield, England, is a striker for Chapletown Juniors U10's squad, and has found himself frustrated so far this season, having been unable to find the net.
"He was becoming a very annoyed young lad. As a striker, he was starting to forget what scoring felt like, and hitting the post & bar numerous times in the last few games," his father Russell said.
Louis managed to get a pair of TruSox, and wore them for the first time in his last game.
"He had seen the likes of Luis Suarez & Arjen Robben, and some of his other favourite players wearing TruSox, and was begging me to get them for him," his father added.
And sure enough, Louis, like many of the elite sports stars wearing TruSox, found that success came his way as soon as he put them on, scoring his first goal of the season.
Well done Louis, we hope there'll be many more to come this season.
