INTERNATIONAL GOALS AS TRUSOX ON FULL DISPLAY
There has been TruSox galore this past week in the international break, and a number of TruSoxGoals as the first half of the break came to a close.
Danny Welbeck was on the scoresheet for England in their first qualifying game of the break, as they coasted to an easy 5-0 win over San Marino at Wembley.
Welbeck, in a rich vein of form at the moment since his transfer to Arsenal, scored England's 3rd, turning in fellow TruSox-wearer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's cross at the near post.
Welbeck also started the game against Estonia last night, in which England scraped a 1-0 win to go 3 from 3 from their first games.
There were many pairs of TruSox on display for the United States on Saturday, and it was one of those in Mix Diskerud who scored, as they drew 1-1 with Ecuador.
In an experimental squad by Jurgen Klinsmann, Diskerud opened the scoring after 5 minutes, before an Ecuadorian equaliser in the final moments meant that the USA could not take a win into their next friendly with Honduras on Wednesday.
Javier Hernandez was on target in Mexico's first game of the break, as they defeated Honduras 2-0.
Chicharito scored the first goal, after being set up by fellow TruSox-wearer Oribe Peralta, bringing his international goal tally to 37.
With more international matches to come this week, we are hoping to seeing many more pairs of TruSox on display and hopefully more TruSox Goals!!!
